Are you an accomplished Business Services Manager in public practice looking for an exciting new challenge in 2025? Come and join our Gympie team, where you'll work with a group of collaborative, skilled, and supportive professionals committed to helping you succeed.

What will your typical week look like?

In this role, you will focus on delivering outstanding client engagement while supporting and developing our dedicated team.
  • Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
  • Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients
  • Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners
  • Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Mentor and coach junior staff team members

You are someone with...
  • Public practice experience and ability to lead & support others
  • Achieved CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this
  • Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel)
  • Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services
