Job Details Basic Information of The Role Job Title: Financial Reporting Associate Job Grade: 5 Sector: Finance Division: Financial Control and Accounting Department: Financial Reporting Reporting to (Job Title): AVP - Financial Reporting
Job Purpose This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities. Analyzing and interpreting financial data in order to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements for SALIC.
Key Roles and Responsibilities This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job & details Key Result Area required for this position used for the performance management. Functional Responsibilities 1 Support with develoing and consildatiing periodic financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash position reports, and other reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) and report to leadership and relevant stakeholders as required. 2 Ensure coordination with the HC in defining workforce requirements, recruiting, training, and developing talent in line with the organizational structure configured for the fund. 3 Ensure the accurate financial reporting and reporting of variance analysis, management accounts and financial transactions in line with set guidelines. 4 Keep abreast of changes in regulatory and financial reporting strategy by regulatory bodies in the industry. 5 Ensure financial compliance with regulatory reporting requirements including MOCI, PIF, GAB. 6 Collaborating with internal and external auditors during the audit process to provide relevant financial information, resolve queries, and address any identified issues. 7 Perform any other duties required from the Line Manager.
