Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?
Working at Stratton Finance in our newly created Relationship Manager position, you will be part of our growing Business Development team, working directly with the New Business Manager to nurture and grow our portfolio of referral partners. You will oversee the onboarding, training and ongoing performance of a portfolio of accounts, providing proactive support to drive relationship and sales outcomes. This is a newly created role that will allow you to add your own flare, developing processes and best practices to drive the success of our growing B2B team. Additional responsibilities include:

- Onboarding and training of individual accounts acquired through corporate partnerships
- Develop and implementation of sales strategies to drive the growth and performance of accounts
- Provide support to account holders, including product & service training and escalations
- Attending trade events, such as caravan and boat shows
- Ongoing and ad hoc reporting to both your portfolio of accounts, and internal stakeholders
- Engage in research and prospecting to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the financial services industry
- Understanding of financial services, lending or brokering services
- Strong sales acumen, ability to self-motivate and drive to succeed
- Exemplary communication skills, ability to build relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritise to ensure service and performance outcomes are met
