Finance Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the Finance team of a lovely company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a permanent job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with proven Accounts Receivable - Sales Ledger, Credit Control experience to support with international credit control, multi-currency transactions, handling customer queries, reconciliations etc.

Salary: up to £30K

Location: Office based - Crawley, West Sussex. Free parking onsite

Finance Assistant duties:

• Credit control
• Processing of multi-currency customer invoices and credit notes
  Maintain customer accounts
• Monitor the AP / AR mailbox, responding to any invoice or payment queries
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Month-end accounting tasks
• Supplier payments

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Finance Assistant, Accounts - Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivables - finance support role
• Experience of multi-currency transactions
• Good communication skills
• IT skills - Excel and Sage 50
