A Top 10 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Associate Director in a fully advisory role.

In this Tax Associate Director job you will be advising UHNW individuals and their families, business owners and shareholders on a wide range of matters.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver advice to business owners, shareholders, UHNW individuals and their families
  • Advise on a range of tax matters including but not limited to; residency matters, non-UK resident trusts and other structures, succession planning and corporate re-structuring, among more
  • Work proactively with your clients, answering their queries and simplifying complex tax matters
  • Actively involved and being the lead in client meetings
  • Work with other Tax teams, and wider business offering, to deliver top quality advice
  • Produce creative solutions to client tax issues

You will be ATT / CTA / ACA qualified and be confident managing a portfolio of UHNW clients and entrepreneurs, and confident advising these clients on complex tax matters. The firm offers flexible working of 2 days in the office, possibly 1 day, and the opportunity to work out of regional offices.
