Job Description
As a Tax Accountant - Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, international companies, and local businesses. Your main tasks will include:

• Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients autonomously, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Tax Advisory: Provide accurate and up-to-date tax advice tailored to legal developments and specific client needs.
• General Accounting: Handle all accounting operations (bookkeeping, reconciliation, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements) to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Tax Declarations: Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, personal income tax), taking into account each client's specific requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• A proactive professional with a bachelor's degree in accountancy or similar (ITAA title is a plus) and a minimum of 3 years' experience as an external accountant, ideally within an accounting firm or consulting firm.
• Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are strong assets.
• Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, autonomy, ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, and a customer-oriented mindset.
