Job Summary:

• Governance: Design and maintain a governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, and accountability for operational activities. Ensure that governance structures support effective decision-making and operational control.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and prevent fraud or errors in operations.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, facilitate audit processes, and address any findings or recommendations. Ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage operational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
• Incident Management: Oversee the management of operational incidents, including investigation, resolution, and communication. Implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes, governance activities, and compliance efforts. Prepare and present reports on governance matters to senior management.
• Process Optimization: Review and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce AHT, and increase productivity.
