Morgan McKinley is delighted to have partnered with a growing Financial Services firm in Brighton, East Sussex. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Manager who relishes getting 'stuck in' to the day to day.

The successful applicant will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or finalist with a solid background in Financial Services or Insurance.

Salary: up to £60K pa + benefits

Location: Brighton, East Sussex - Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts
  • Act as Finance Business Partner to all senior leadership team members
  • Reconciling and posting sales against the companies system
  • Checking the bookkeeping done by finance team
  • Checking supplier and broker payment run and banking set-ups
  • Ensuring the balance sheet is fully reconciled
  • Identify cost saving initiatives

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Background in Financial Services or Insurance
