JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n• Support the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT\n• Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling \n\nLearning Outcomes:\n• Gaining a good understanding and insights on how data centres are operated and other technological sectors \n• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centres\n• Participating in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio\n• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset level management teams

Job Requirements:\n• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or other relevant degrees\n• Interested in exploring a career opportunity in asset management\n• Able to work independently and as a team player\n• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment, with an eagerness to learn\n• Technologically savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
