Job Description
Financial Planning :

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
• Assess current financial practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial policies and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company goals

Financial Reporting & Compliance :

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in alignment with GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations, providing clear insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits effectively.

Management & Ownership :

• Management of the external partners in charge of accounting & controlling
• Management of the administrative team in charge of payroll and administrative documents

The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate :

• Education: MBA or Master's in Finance or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business partnering, and financial analysis.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication: FLUENT IN ENGLISH, French/Dutch are a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to corporate responsibility.
