Job Description

How will I help?

Our Mobile Home Finance Managers get out and about every day to build and maintain strong standout relationships with customers - especially those customers who need lending products, services and advice. Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you'll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren't working in the one branch each day, you'll find other creative ways to build that customer base - including external referral networks.

What's in it for me?

You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years. Our vision is to create better futures together. So, we'll back you in the development of your career, internal career prospects, and flexible working. You'll also keep learning to grow, backed by a experienced team of people within a can-do, supportive structure.

What do I need?

Our Mobile Lending Managers possess a real knack for finding & retaining new business and often start with a referral network of external partners. Which is why experience with maintaining this sort of network is a must-have to be successful.

Along with this, you'll have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) and will be fully across the home lending processes.

As a people-person, you'll always make customers feel confident that they're in good hands - and even then, you'll find ways to exceed their expectations.

Attention to detail, creativity and solid organisational skills are a must as well - especially as you'll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while you're on the go.

What is it like to work there?

We aim to provide one big, supportive team to help us achieve our purpose of creating better futures together. As well as competitive remuneration and a great culture, joining the Westpac family means you will get some of the best banking, wealth and insurance benefits in the market.

We back our employees by helping them work towards industry-recognised qualifications, using online learning, training modules and career planning tools for you to grow with us. We will even pay you to do volunteer or community work.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are proud to have created a culture and work environment that values diversity and flexibility - and champions inclusion.
