Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations across all bank functions, managing risks related to Outsourcing Arrangements, Incident Management and Reporting, Related Party Transactions, and Corporate Governance.
  • Engage in system configuration discussions and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including reviewing business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Communicate new regulations and regulatory expectations to various business and corporate functions and senior management, assisting with implementation as necessary.
  • Plan and conduct the annual Key Obligation Register exercise to ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and testing to identify compliance gaps in business processes and workflows, and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Oversee remediation plans for completed compliance tests to ensure effective resolution of identified issues.
  • Support additional Regulatory Compliance Projects as required, ensuring the bank meets all regulatory obligations.


Requirements

To be qualified for this opportunity,
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in monitoring and testing of retail
  • and/or corporate products is a plus
  • Good project management and problem-solving abilities with an eye for details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpretation for law and regulations
  • Proactive and a can-do attitude
