Hybrid Working - 2 days Guildford Office

About The Role
Central Functions has an exciting roadmap of change, including embarking on delivery of a key strategic programme in our SAP S/4HANA Transformation over the next 3 years, and are recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to join our high performing team to lead this. In this role you'll be working alongside the Finance senior leadership team, where you will conceive a vision and structure for the programme and lead the programme team to ensure the delivery of this key strategic Finance Programme of change.
About You
You will have extensive and proven experience of working as a Programme Manager managing the programme lifecycle end to end, but with an affinity to agile working methods, eg: SAFe, Kanban and Scrum. You need to be passionate about change with demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to get the best from a Project team. You will be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including C-Suite, and be able to make connections, influence and challenge decisions. Ideally you will have experience in Accounting and Finance Systems and managing large systems change, interacting with both UK and Group stakeholders. You will have sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment.
