Senior Testing Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing tools and frameworks test plan development and various automation tools like Puppeteer Cypress and Playwright. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software products. The role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality.

Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools such as Puppeteer Cypress and Playwright.

Provide expertise in TypeScript and Cucumber to enhance test automation processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.

Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and outcomes.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation.

Utilize governance risk and compliance knowledge to enhance testing protocols.

Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities to stakeholders.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in testing tools and frameworks.

Demonstrate proficiency in test plan development and execution.

Exhibit strong skills in Puppeteer Cypress and Playwright automation tools.

Show expertise in TypeScript and Cucumber for test automation.

Have a solid understanding of governance risk and compliance (nice to have).

Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
