Account Payable with Cantonese Proficiency

• Perform Daily Invoice Processing Activities, Reconciliation and to perform verification via phone with internal and external party for Master data.
• Working Closely with counterpart within the organization and Client to ensure completion of daily activities.
• Performing Month End activities within the stipulated datelines.
• Identify and implement improvement plan in process.
• Maintaining SOP and participate in new implementations process.
• Flexible for shifts and weekend working based on the process requirement

Requirement s

• 1 - 2 Years of Account Payable work experience
• In-depth knowledge in Cantonese land tax invoice processing.
• Good understanding on Accounts Payable Process
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge in MS Office applications, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level), PowerPoint and web-based portal.
• Focused and ability deliver on goals / targets
• Ability to work individually and within a team.
• Understand Client needs and according to SLA.
• Quick Learner and Self-motivated.

Language - Cantonese

• High business acumen and capability in dealing with complicated situation.
• High communication and follow up skills

Operational Responsibility:

• Analytical and thorough process knowledge
• Establish process, procedures and controls are practiced
• Prepare detailed process documentation
