A well regarded top 10 Accountancy firm based in Central London are recruiting an Audit & Advisory Partner due to their continued and sustained growth. The firm have an established history of working with high growth SME's and despite their size, this role will see you working with a broad range of clients and getting involved in more than just audit.
This role is integral to the continued growth of the Entrepreneurial Services department. As an Audit Partner, you will be responsible for managing a large and diverse client base, mentoring, and managing a team of qualified and part qualified accountants and leading the short- and long-term strategy of the team. You will also be responsible for signing off audits, so RI status is essential.
The firm are one of the fastest growing firms in London with a supremely interesting client base and a brilliant business model. They have a superb culture and a very low staff turnover and overall are a brilliant firm to work for.

Audit Partner responsibilities
- Identify business development opportunities through events and business partnering with other departments.
- Managing client relationships, dealing with issues and challenges that arise and impacting the overall growth of said clients.
- Signing off audits for privately owned organisations across a range of sectors
- Please a key role in ad hoc advisory projects
- Managing and mentoring employees and reviewing work as and when needed.
- Along with the other Partners and the CEO, playing an integral role in developing the long-term strategy of the team.
