About the role

You will play a pivotal part in spearheading external audits, conducting thorough financial analyses, crafting compelling business cases, and engaging with key stakeholders from a prominent private equity firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead external audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and present business cases to facilitate informed financial strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from a private equity firm to address financial inquiries.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in external audit, financial analysis, and business case development.
• Prior experience in a MNC or working with private equity investors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required for this position.
