• Drive enhancements in the bank's accountability structure, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and effectively managed.
• Offer proactive, knowledgeable advice to bolster the banks risk management practices and anticipate future risk landscape shifts.
• Challenge and refine control measures, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and fit for their intended purpose.
