Associate/ Senior Associate - Asset Management / Value Creation

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting industry research and data collection on competitors and marketplace
• Assisting with growth initiatives to include additional acquisitions and partnership identification strategies.
• Provide competitive analysis on different portfolio companies' market offerings and identification of market trends
• Evaluating of investment opportunities including research, deal analysis and diligence including preparing financial model and investment committee presentations.
• Provide strategic support for portfolio companies

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience in IBD/ AM
• Prior experience in renewables and infrastructure will be considered for a separate role.
• Demonstrate skillsets in documentation, financial modelling, presentation and negotiations
