Trade role is to provide high quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that their expectations are continually met, offering uniformly high standards as well as support the expansion of the Trade business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Obtaining and applying comprehensive knowledge of the products handled by the team, compliance with the requirements and regulations
  • Ensuring correct and complete screening/booking of trade finance and trade service transactions
  • Working with high volume data ( SWIFT/CitiDirect messages, documents, contracts, payments, nostro entries etc.) within cut of time frames
  • Due diligence and prioritizing sensitive tasks
  • Performing daily and monthly controls /reconciliations depending on the process requirement, preparing reports/dashboards to monitor projects quality and progress
  • Reporting any exception or nonstandard items, following approved grid
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SWIFT system and messages would be a big advantage
  • Analytical skills including investigative mindset, problem-solving and a keen eye to detail
  • MS Office literacy (word, excel etc.)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment against multiple deadlines
