Accountant

Morgan Mckinley is delighted to be working with a growing SME in the appointment of an experienced Accountant, based in Brighton, East Sussex.

Salary: £35K - £45K pa

Hours: 8.30 - 5.00

Location: Brighton, East Sussex - Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns and self-assessment returns
• Continuously drive success by assisting managing client assignments, determining resource requirements, monitor against budget and timeframes
• Fee negotiations
• Accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns and self-assessment returns ensuring all working files documented to a high standard.

Skills and experience:

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) / Finalist or equivalent
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
