Cloud Infrastructure Operations is responsible for managing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports the organization's IT systems and applications. This includes ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of the cloud infrastructure and remaining on-premises infrastructure and monitoring and optimizing its performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement MSSQL High Availability (HA) solutions on-premise using Windows Failover Cluster and Availability Groups.
Design and implement MSSQL HA solutions using Azure SQL Database/Managed Instance.
Provide support in creating a comprehensive migration strategy.
Execute and validate data migration processes.
Create detailed operational handbooks and documentation.
Qualifications/required skills

Proven experience with MSSQL HA on-premise using Windows Failover Cluster and Availability Groups.
Extensive knowledge of MSSQL HA using Azure SQL Database/Managed Instance.
Strong background in creating and executing migration strategies.
Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating operational handbooks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
