We are assisting a well-known Property Developer in their search for an Associate Director, Treasury. This role is vital for ensuring effective financial management and supporting the company's growth in property development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast cash flow to support ongoing and future property projects.
• Develop and implement financing strategies for real estate developments.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.
• Oversee investment strategies related to property acquisitions and developments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards specific to real estate.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team in best practices for real estate finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in treasury or commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of financial products and risk management in property development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage banking relationships effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
