Interpath Services Algeria is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our financial services team. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team, assisting with complex accounting issues and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends and proposing improvements to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring finance professionals.
