An excellent opportunity has arisen with Macquarie Asset Management to join the Core Equity team as an Equity Analyst covering Healthcare. The Core Equity team is an 8-person dedicated team in Philadelphia, managing US Small Cap Core, SMID Cap Core, and Large Cap ESG Strategies in mutual funds and separate account vehicles.

What role will you play?
As an Equity Analyst, you will work closely with the team’s Senior Portfolio Manager covering Healthcare to build a deep understanding of this complex sector, collaborating on investment recommendations and supporting decision-making and client service efforts. You will conduct fundamental analysis of equities including researching industries and interviewing company management teams in an effort to track overall economic and corporate trends. Additionally, you will build financial models to analyze company revenue, cash flows, and earnings and create value comparison and price targets.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant Healthcare research
- Extensive experience in analysing companies within the Healthcare sector
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in FactSet
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- High level of personal and professional integrity with a passion for markets and investing.
