Overview: CIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and managing the Company’s budget and financial model, as well as producing the board-level financial statements and key metrics reporting, providing critical data driving our company’s strategic decisions.

Company Overview: Corporate Imaging Concepts (CIC) is a $90M technology-driven distributor in the Promotional Products Industry. The Company caters to Fortune 1000 firms, providing turnkey solutions that allow them to entirely outsource their promotional products initiatives while retaining control and visibility through integration to their back-office systems.

With its main offices in Northbrook, IL and Alpharetta, GA, the company employs 135 individuals, many of whom are spread throughout the nation.

Hosting over four hundred web stores, the Company provides highly customized and connected technical solutions, integrating the front-end stores with suppliers, clients, and the Company’s own SAP back- office systems.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Leverage advance financial and Excel skills to create and maintain fully linked three-statement models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Take ownership of the production of the board package financial statements. Generate comprehensive reports on the company’s key metrics, including sales and operational reports, to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Employ Power BI to visualize data and present insights in an accessible format for stakeholders.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to inform financial strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and streamline reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to the CFO and other executive team members.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with SSRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
