(SENIOR) ACCOUNTANT AIFM (M/F)
THE JOB:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, team oriented individual to join a dynamic and growing team . Assist with the accounting and finance work managed by in-house Lux AIFM and General Partners of Luxembourg Funds.
Duties to include:
-Bookkeeping under Lux GAAP
-Assist with annual statutory reporting process and audit;
-Assist with the quarterly/annual financials;
-Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts;
-Liaising with London Finance and Fund adm. team as needed;
-Processing invoices, payments, GPS calculations;
-Assist with liquidity modelling and analysis (Lux costs Fund, bank reconciliations, VAT...);
-Assist with VAT and tax compliance returns;
-Other duties as assigned.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Relevant professional qualifications
-4-6 years of experience
-Fluent in English, good command of French
-Ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong team player: eager to learn and work with others in a dynamic and friendly environment
THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading Private Equity house.
At the final stages of the recruitment process, the successful candidate can be asked to provide supporting documentation such as, for example, copies of diplomas or proof of previous jobs, and a standard criminal record check might also be requested.
