Your Role

As a D365 F&O Developer, you will be at the heart of our technical team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of key functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Technical & Functional Design: Translating functional requirements into effective technical solutions and providing insights to enhance functionality.
• Solution Development: Building and maintaining robust solutions to achieve business goals.
• Architectural Collaboration: Participating in architectural discussions and shaping the technical strategy.
• Performance Analysis: Conducting in-depth analyses to ensure optimal performance and usability.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong technical background and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in D365 F&O (X++) development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• 5-7 years of experience in D365 F&O/AX development.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AX 2012 development.
• Knowledge of MS D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS), troubleshooting, Power Platform, C#, .NET Framework, Azure, SQL, and integrations.
• Experience working with nearshore or offshore teams.
• A degree in IT, Systems Science, or a related field.
