Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario planning
  • Shaping financial strategies, providing valuable insights, and supporting key business decisions.
  • Create and present insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management
  • Collaborate across departments to gather data and provide financial insights
  • Support regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
  • Assist with internal and external audits

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong academic record
  • Experience in asset management or banking in a financial analyst or FP&A role
  • Would be preferable if a candidate had in depth experience within the public and private credit market
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus
  • Adaptable, proactive, and deadline-driven
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-focused mindset
