- Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario planning
- Shaping financial strategies, providing valuable insights, and supporting key business decisions.
- Create and present insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management
- Collaborate across departments to gather data and provide financial insights
- Support regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
- Assist with internal and external audits
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong academic record
- Experience in asset management or banking in a financial analyst or FP&A role
- Would be preferable if a candidate had in depth experience within the public and private credit market
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus
- Adaptable, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-focused mindset
