• Develop and implement the organization's debt and investment strategy to optimize the balance sheet, support business growth, and enhance shareholder value.
• Oversee the company's debt portfolio, including negotiating loan terms, managing debt issuance, and ensuring compliance with all debt covenants.
• Manage the company's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance, return expectations, and overall strategic goals.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to senior management and the board of directors, including risk assessments and performance metrics.
• Engage with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to build and maintain strong relationships. Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to debt and investment management to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
