Head of Finance - Private Banking

Description

This premier private bank is committed to invest for growth in the region. It is looking for a capable Head of Finance, Director.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall finance function (including controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax and performance management) for Singapore. As a member of Singapore management committee, you will be a strategic advisor to the business and instrumental in charting the financial strategy in support of the company's objectives. With a strong improvement mind-set and passion for influencing and effecting process changes, you drive necessary changes to ensure effective financial controls and systems are in place. You will also participate in strategic projects as and when required.

Requirements

You will possess at least 15 years of finance experience, ideally with at least several years in leadership role in private banking. With a strong business acumen and commercial experience, you are dynamic, analytical, a good communicator, a team player and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
