Job Summary:
As a Consultant, the partner would be responsible for designing, configuring and deploying solutions to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings for clients on Coupa Spend Management Platform. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation on the Coupa platform, including configuration, integration, and user training.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and develop solutions to meet their procurement needs.
• Integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., FGL/PeopleSoft) and other third-party applications.
• Provide expertise in Coupa's functional capabilities and recommend best practices for optimizing business processes.
• Document configuration, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest Coupa features and functionality to continuously improve solutions for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A College or University degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant proven work experience, knowledge of Coupa or related Procure to Pay (P2P) platforms required.
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Coupa solutions across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement, accounts payable, and contract management processes.
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Adaptability to changing client needs and environments.
• Coupa certification is a plus.
• Experience with other P2P (Procure-to-Pay) platforms is a bonus.
