Product Executive

Purpose of the Role

The incumbent will be part Product team and will assist in daily functioning of products development. Be a diligent resource with analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

Assist in managing product development process and contribute to idea generation, in-house product review, market and competition assessment, market intelligence, internal and external approvals and launch, implementing changes to existing products. Create, update and maintain product and any other relevant fund documentation. Support in creating and updating product presentations, performance reports, sales aids and other supporting materials for effective marketing of new and existing products

Educational Qualification

• NISM VA certification Postgraduate or any Graduate with capital market certification or MBA, CFA, etc. or relevant qualification

Technical & Professional Knowledge Required

• Data analytical skills / knowledge 
• Ability to work with and analyze data sets

Experience Required

• Experience of 0-3 years in Product teams of Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Index Companies etc.

Essential Competencies

Keen interest in financial markets Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate to internal and external audience Should be well verse with Excel

Personal Attributes Required

• Passion for number crunching and data analysis, understanding of investment themes, products, Equity & Fixed Income
