About the Role
Reports to Head Corporate Finance America and Head of Specialised Transaction Management (STM) & Agency International, this role will lead and oversee the Specialised Transaction Management portfolio management capability for Corporate Finance America.
You will responsible for managing a portfolio of Specialised Finance transactions together with undertaking broader portfolio management and reporting activities including representing the business at various senior leadership meetings, risk forums/committees and internal/external audits.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is US$260,000 - $300,000 annual
This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.

What will your day look like?
As the Head of STM America, your key responsibilities includes:
- Manage the Specialised Transaction Management (STM) portfolio for Corporate Finance America.
- Managing direct reports, including active training, developing and up/cross skill STM members across the core Specialised Finance loan products (incl. Project & Export Finance and Leveraged Finance) and technical skills (incl. financial modelling, technical dd).
- Support delivery and execution of the Corporate Finance International strategy. This may include periodic support of origination and execution activity as needed.
- Develop effective relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic customer growth priorities for Corporate Finance International and opportunities to increase wallet share.
- Improve the financial wellbeing and experience of our customers.
- Support development of key client relationships with Relationship Management partners.
- Proactive management and monitoring of Specialised Finance transactions from financial close through to termination.
- Support end to end processes within the business, working closely with the operations and enablement teams.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Advanced financial analysis/ modelling transaction management experience.
- Detailed understanding of structured facility and security documentation.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes against role objectives and business plans.
- Clear understanding of the strategic, financial and operational aspects of business
- Flexibility for whatever needs to be done and desire to continuously learn and develop.
- Strong self-managed and motivated.
- Proven people leadership experience and skills
- Deep understanding of Corporate Finance product suite
- Knowledge of other Institutional products (Markets, Trade/Cash)
- Specialist industry or sector knowledge
