RtR Financial Analyst will work with Local Controllership and CoE RtR UK team to ensure that all require tasks are recorded and reported on timely meaner. Candidate on this position will work in dynamic environment, in area of accounting and account reconciliations prepared on monthly basis. Accounting knowledge is required on this position. Also experience in monthly accounting cycle will be an asset. Candidate on this position would also have impact to control of third-party coworkers.

What the day will look like
  • Cooperate with local country on regular basis;
  • Support and cooperation with offshore teams on regular basis;
  • Journal entry preparation;
  • Working Capital Forecast preparation for assigned accounts;
  • Owner of Journal entries and balance sheet rec assessments controls;
  • Knowledge of Fixed Asset area of accountancy will be an asset;
  • Facilitating monthly calls between local counties, CoE and offshore teams;
  • Performing month-end activities;
  • Support ad hock queries;
  • As experienced SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge support and knowledge sharing with offshore teams;
  • Follow up guidance from Local Controller in accordance to area of responsibility;
  • Cooperation with auditors.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Knowledge of accountancy, gained in a corporate and international environment;
  • Previous Experience in RtR/GL Processes;
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, as well as an accountancy qualification (Association of Accountants);
  • Knowledge of MS Office (good Excel skills);
  • Good English communication skills verbal and written;
  • High attention to details;
  • Ability to analyse data and check its accuracy;
  • Ability to learn new things and quick adaptation to new tasks;
  • US GAAP or IFRS experience would be a plus;
