Are you a commercial professional with a proven track record in management or strategy consulting, or similar background in corporate strategy within financial services?
Do you hope to continue your career spearheading strategic business initiatives for a rapidly expanding insurance provider, pioneer in emerging risk and market leader in cyber?
CFC has grown significantly over the last 4 years, and with this continued growth has come a significant increase in business-critical projects. About the role
In this newly created role, the Strategic Business Partner will focus on the success of a variety of cross-functional strategic, transformation, M&A and finance initiatives. The role will involve high exposure to the executives, and to our Private Equity investors.
You will work with the Chief of Staff and wider team in building our overall Strategy and Change capability across all disciplines (Strategy, M&A, Finance, PMO, Change Management and Sustainability). Acting as a key liaison between the business leaders and project teams, ensuring that initiatives are designed and communicated effectively to meet business needs.
This role will have lots of engagement with business leaders across a range of functions and geographies to understand the core strategic initiatives and begin to deliver these.
