Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement the finance transformation strategy.
* Lead delivery of change initiatives, ensuring successful embedding.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and inefficiencies.
* Provide leadership and management to the finance team, promoting development opportunities.
* Ensure finance systems adhere to integrity, transparency, and data protection standards.
Required Profile
Essential Skills and Experience:
* CCAB accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent.
* Significant experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
* Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.
* Experience in project accountancy within multi-project organizations.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and work collaboratively.
