Responsibilities:
- Utilise various methodologies to assist with the preparation of valuation models.
- Track all quarterly deliverables.
- Assist with the review of valuations on an ad-hoc basis.
- Identify and develop checks, templates and standard processes in order to streamline valuation processes.
- Implementation of broad controls and best practices.
- Market data sourcing for equity and debt valuations.
- Extrapolate large data sets and present findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with broader team to reconcile data sets and findings.
- Committee reporting, back testing and value attrition reports in addition to further ad- hoc reporting.
Desired Skills:
- Strong valuations experience gained in a similar role.
- Good understanding of private equity/ private debt specific valuation methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and comparable software suites.
