Risk & Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Foster collaborative partnerships across various functions and communicate findings to process owners and management effectively.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on process flows and streamline existing processes and internal controls.
• Monitor and proactively manage risk exposure.
• Coordinate and verify contractual agreements as well as key management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of in Risk Management or Compliance, with an advantage for candidates with Big 4 experience.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read and comprehend Chinese documents required.
• Experience in handling contractual agreements to meet compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations is viewed as an added advantage.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effective problem-solving.
