Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the group's Financial Management and Financial accounting for Greater China Region
Review the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
Provide advice and decision support for significant investment, financing, mergers, and acquisitions activities of the company
Review monthly, quarterly, interim and annual financial and management reports and consolidated accounts and analysis
Responsible for advancing financing and coordinating pre-, during, and post-listing matters, maintaining investor relations post-listing, information disclosure
Responsible for maintaining and developing external relationships with shareholders, investors, brokerage firms, and investment banks
Participate in risk assessment, guidance, monitoring, and control
Play as a business partner to review the operational and financial performance
Report and provide advice directly to the group CEO and board for the improvement and execution of tax issues and cash management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or financial management with CPA qualification
15 years related working experience in sizable company
Candidate with Big 4 experience is a plus
Familiar with the operations of the capital market
Experience in leading a company through an IPO on the Hong Kong or Japan Stock Exchange in the capacity of a CFO
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Excellent command of English and Chinese
