Our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice helps financial sponsors, private capital enterprises and multinational corporations proactively addressing challenges by bringing globally connected services to all tax aspects of their business and investment models, corporate structure, treasury management and overall tax and transaction strategy.

Within ITTS, our growing Private Equity Deal Tax Advisory competency, is currently looking for a (Senior) Manager based in Zürich.
Embark on your next journey and join our unique Private Equity Deal Tax Advisory team to manage the tax aspects of large international, cross-border transactions and support our clients to achieve their ambitious goals on a daily basis!

Your key responsibilities

  • Multidisciplinary work relating to taxation and economy, in collaboration with experts from different sectors, service lines and jurisdictions. You will dynamically contribute to the development of innovative and compliant transaction structures for complex cross-border transactions by providing due diligence and tax structuring services as part of an international team
  • Acting as the first point of contact for part of our clients, you will lead mandates and commitments by relying on both your international tax technical expertise and our team across many jurisdictions
  • As a key member of our team, you will take the lead on assigned transactions, showcasing solutions collaboratively developed with colleagues across various jurisdictions. You will serve as the principal liaison for the client's other advisors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Besides, you will supervise employees and participate in their training and professional development and contribute to the knowledge sharing within the Swiss and global firm
  • Achieving your professional ambitions within a young and energetic team and developing your technical skills as well as benefiting from continuous in-house training and a global experts' network
  • Continuously increase the reputation and trust of the firm through your participation in seminars, presentations, and publications


Skills and attributes for success

  • A recognized diploma in Law and/or Economics, preferably obtained from a Swiss University or equivalent foreign diploma. Certified Tax Expert recognition (or equivalent foreign qualification) is a strong asset
  • A true interest in international taxation and fast-paced M&A transactions; at least 4-5 years' experience in tax advisory in an international environment
  • Excellent level of English is mandatory, any other languages are additional assets
  • A humble, autonomous, organized, positive, sociable and flexible personality who favors teamwork
  • Endowed with an excellent interpersonal skill, you combine analysis and synthesis, rigor and method and possess a solid deadline management
  • Additional skills and interests in specific business areas as e.g., Excel skills, specific sector knowledge, etc. are warmly welcomed
