Your new role
Your new role as a Client Services Administrator you will join anewly a fantastic team within the Audit sector of the firm. You will be anintegral part of a busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Composing and processing reports, letters, minutes, tenders, and routine correspondence
  • Generating bills and client communications
  • Overseeing diary schedules
  • Coordinating with clients, setting up external meetings, and arranging venues
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Recording minutes during meetings
  • Digitally filing documents and correspondence
  • Managing company secretarial duties and preparing ASIC forms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the Audit Team
  • Supporting the maintenance of the firm's database
  • What you'll need to succeed
    To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related discipline, or relevant work experience
  • Experience in professional services is highly valued
  • Experience as a personal assistant is desirable
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Strong time management capabilities, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with supervisors and staff.
