We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team specializing in alternative investment funds within the financial services sector. This role is perfect for a motivated tax professional with a strong foundation in UK income and corporate tax who's eager to work closely with clients in a fast-paced and internationally focused industry.
In this role, you'll support fund managers across tax compliance, advisory services, and project-based work for UK and international clients. You'll be working alongside a dynamic team of tax and regulatory experts to help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, from asset management to strategic investor relations.

What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing compliance processes, advising on complex tax issues, and delivering high-quality service.
- Lead client engagements, from initial meetings through technical analysis and final advisory recommendations.
- Guide junior team members, helping them develop their skills while ensuring that deliverables align with client and business expectations.
- Drive advisory projects, taking ownership of research, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for international tax matters.
Your Background:
- Qualified in accounting or tax (or international equivalent) with substantial experience in UK tax, compliance, and advisory.
- Familiarity with alternative investment sectors, such as private equity, hedge funds, or private credit, and a desire to deepen this expertise.
- Proven ability to work on complex tax issues independently and collaboratively.
- Strong client service skills with an interest in supporting and advising large in-house tax teams.
