About the Role:
An established and growing accountancy firm is seeking a qualified Corporate Tax Director to join their office in the Gatwick / Reigate area. This high-impact role is ideal for a driven professional ready to step into a leadership position and partner closely with the Audit team to enhance client services and lead business development initiatives across Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert corporate tax advisory and compliance services, building strong relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Partner with the Audit team to drive client engagement and strategic growth in the Surrey region.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated tax team, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and firm-wide initiatives, positioning the business for continued growth.
  • This role has been earmarked as a successor role, offering a pathway to Corporate Tax Partner as part of an established succession plan over the next five years.

Requirements:
  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification with significant corporate tax experience.
  • Proven track record in client service and business development within a professional services environment.
  • Strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.
  • Motivated to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the firm's corporate tax practice.
