What you will be responsible for?
- Performing operations on derivatives (swaps, options, futures, CFDs): booking transactions and cash settlements, processing instrument valuations
- Contacting clearing banks, OTC pricing vendors and client service teams
- Researching exceptions, incorrect transactions and resolving issues
- Resolving inquiries and communicating with the clients
- Escalating unresolved issues where needed
- Reporting all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
- Making recommendations for process improvements

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Academic degree at any discipline (degree in finance will be an asset) or university students
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- English level confident enough to perform work duties
- Knowledge of common functions in Excel
- Previous experience in a banking or insurance would be an asset
