Billing Specialist

This role is within the Accounts Receivable (AR) function. You will be a part of cross-country team within MMC's Financial Hub which is a part of the wider finance head office function. The function will provide accounting services to one of MMC's businesses.

We will count on you to:

• Analyze Client's agreements to initiate billing process
• Issue invoices
• Liaise directly with internal customers and other stakeholders
• Investigate queries related to billing and other client account balances, and prepare cyclical and ad hoc reports
• Coordinate revenue and expense accruals
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing

What you need to have:

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role
• Good command of English (at least C1 level)
• University degree (preferable finance/economics)
• Practical knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of ERP accounting systems e.g. SAP or Oracle Financials (GL, AP, FA, AR)
