Finance Associate (Real Estate)

This is a new headcount to support the growth of the office. From your base in Singapore, you will work with the senior Finance team and effectively operate as a financial oversight, working closely with the outsourced Fund Management and Accounting firms in multiple countries and jurisdictions - from Singapore to Korea, Japan and Hong Kong - ensuring monthly and quarterly reports are prepared for final review by the team in the US. You will review the work by the outsourced partners and assist with audit and tax filing, some ad-hoc duties will be manual and mundane, as AI hasn't quite solved the random questions you will be asked!

Requirements

Are you curious by nature, with strong attention to detail, highly motivated, with a can-do attitude to your work.....oh and you knew your training in accounting or audit would eventually be worth it, then do get in touch with the team and we can share more details on this role.

• Background in Audit - Real Estate / Finance desirable
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Experience preparing and consolidating accounts
• Excellent communication is non-negotiable, as is a great attitude, as supporting the partners in each country demands great people skills.
