We're looking for strong team players to join our 2025 Internship Program within Group Internal Communications team (part of Communications & Branding).
You'll get to:
• develop content for news articles, intranet pages, newsletters, videos, blog posts and other communication materials for employees across the firm, including editing and writing (in English and/or German)

• handle a small portfolio of projects such as webpage redesigns, communication campaigns, the development of guidelines and the review of intranet-related statistics
• support the organization and logistics of events e.g. townhalls, leadership events, etc.
• collaborate across the Group Internal Communications team and other partners in the firm
• provide guidance to our stakeholders about UBS's corporate design and tone of voice guidelines

You'll be working in the Group Internal Communications team (part of Communications & Branding) in Zurich. We are a diverse team of communications experts who love what we do and who take pride in producing high quality, high impact communications. • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is a native English or native German speaker with advanced knowledge in the other language

• is a self-starter, innovative person
• is excellent at organizing and coordinating events
• is a team player who's able to work independently
• is happy to work to tight and changing deadlines
• is proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
Perhaps you've organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we're after.
