Marsh is seeking a young talented candidate to join through our Professional Graduate Programme our Employee Health & Benefits Specialty based in Torino .

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or progress your career in a specialised area of the insurance sector.

The candidate will be introduced in our Organization for an inspiring opportunity, which will enable professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

What can you expect?
  • A journey of growth and acceleration that includes both technical and theorical training moments to be alternated with on-the-job training sessions with the steady coaching of three different key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor and a Buddy;

  • A Career progression within Marsh: starting with an initial 6-month internship aimed to 2/3 of apprenticeship, you will have a chance to accelerate your career through an employment agreement, that will be tailored upon your performance and dedication.

We will count on you to:
  • Be updated with the employee benefit services and all the solutions that we can provide to the clients;
  • Be able to coordinate the management and renewal activities with client executive and Employee Health & Benefits team;
  • Be a great communicator and a relationship builder. Every day you will interact with client and you will help them solving their benefit insurance issue;
  • Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers.

What you need to have:
  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
