As a Finance Manager - Business Partnering , your experience to successfully partner stakeholders will enable you to drive effective financial planning and financial forecasting. Reporting to the Head of Finance Partnering you will work with a team of Finance Business Partners who support the Executive leaders of the Bank to make the best financial decisions. Working independently, you are confident partnering across a multi stakeholder and complex change environment covering budgets, forecasting, commercial support, resource forecasting, procurement, and cost allocation to drive efficient and effective outcomes.

Your Background
  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and analytical reporting to support decision making across both projects and business as usual within information technology would be well regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify drivers in financial risks and recommend actions to mitigate.
  • Extensive experience in preparing, monitoring and reporting of annual and project budgets and forecasts.
  • Experience with budgeting and management reporting processes, including preparation of internal management reports. Advanced skills and experience using budgeting and planning tools such as Planning Analytics, PeopleSoft Financials, Excel, Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of management accounting principles and their practical application.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, CA, CPA.

Your team

You will report to the Head of Finance Partnering, leading a small team and working with other Finance Business Partners.

Finance offers advisory support and services to help stakeholders plan and budget, purchase goods and services, support the employee experience, manage risk, prioritise portfolio projects, and understand the Bank's financial reporting obligations.
